This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of their data systems.

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within the company’s databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately in various databases and systems.

• Verify data accuracy and completeness by reviewing source documents.

• Identify and correct data entry errors, and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Perform regular backups and ensure data is properly stored.

• Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues.

• Support other administrative tasks as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position.

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database software.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with tech industry terminology and practices is an advantage.
