Description Service Manager
• Handled all customer service complaint calls

no bonus - improving the system of communications - Requirements Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (THIS IS 100% REQUIRED) Experience working as a technician or in logistics Proven experience in customer service management and team leadership. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to enforce policies and implement improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of fleet management and basic HR functions.
