Overall Summary:
The Mueller Lab in the Radiation Oncology Department at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is recruiting for a postdoctoral associate in pancreatic cancer research.
Duties or Responsibilities:
Spend full time conducting pancreatic cancer research in collaboration with your mentor
Written postdoctoral career development plan including plans for publications and grant submissions
Participate in regular research meetings with mentor and lab group as well as other collaborators
Publish at least 1 journal article per year as first author
Expectations or Standards:
Post-graduate degree (PhD) and training in molecular biology or related discipline
Able to independently perform research in cancer research with mentoring from a faculty member
Able to write and publish journal articles
