Description

Robert Half's client in Arizona is seeking a Go Programming Language Back End Developer. This will be a 99% remote position, but must be located in Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Immediately contribute to product outcomes and company growth

• Work on bleeding edge technology in the streaming video and audio space

• Collaborate with colleagues on product innovation and technical design

• Design robust APIs and infrastructure to inform AL/ML models

• Design and build performant video and audio streaming APIs to handle many concurrent users

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience building highly performant and robust APIs and backend services

• Proficient programming in Go

• Proven experience in web and microservice development

• Deep understanding of multithreading, cpu/gpu performant code and memory management

• Self-driven with the ability to plan and execute complex projects

• Ability to generate robust and extensive documentation

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working with streaming video and audio

• Deep understanding of video and audio formats and codecs

• Experience in video game development

• Understanding of agile project management systems
