Job Summary

The District Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations for 4-9 restaurants. This includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, management development, managing budgets and ensuring each store delivers great guest service and while executing Brand standards and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Hire, train, develop, coach employees

· Ensure a guest first culture is maintained in each store

· Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed

· Effectively communicate relevant operations information

· Provide coaching and feedback regarding Brand standards, sales, marketing and labor & food costs to store leadership

· Ensure stores are meeting or exceeding budget and other goals

· Respond to customer feedback in a timely and positive manner

· Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines and local and state laws

Education and/or Experience

· Five or more years’ experience operating multiple restaurant locations

Locations throughout Omaha Metro

Store hours of operation - 4:30am -7pm

Interview at the home office
