The Instructional Coordinator is to oversee and ensure the standards and effectiveness of InGenius' education programs, which include academic and extracurricular instructions and counseling.  The Instructional Coordinator also develops and implements the instructional materials and programs and train counselors and teachers. 

Job duties:

• Create education and counseling programs designed to promote the intellectual, social, and physical welfare of students and create the implementation procedures;
• Oversee the implementation of InGenius' education and counseling programs to ensure the effectiveness;
• Participate in and observe teaching and counseling sessions and evaluate the performance of the teachers and counselors and the effectiveness of the teaching and counselling programs.   
• Coordinate InGenius' teaching and counseling services and recommend changes when needed;
• Provide training to teachers and counselors and hold companywide conferences and/or workshops;
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences in the education industry to stay abreast of Federal and State education policies and education service trends;
• Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff in curriculum development and update the content of teaching programs to ensure the programs are technologically current.
• Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to define instructional, learning, and performance objectives and improvement strategies;
• Provide analytical support for the design and development of teacher and counselor training programs, learning strategies, educational policies, or education service trends in the industry.
• Address InGenius' staff, students, parents, and other parties involved and explain InGenius teaching and counseling programs and objectives.
• Analyze student performance data to determine effectiveness of InGenius teaching and counseling programs and improve the programs and their implementation to meet students' and parents' satisfaction;
• Design virtue teaching and learning products to ensure the smooth and effectiveness of remote teaching, learning, and counseling sessions. 
• Research and evaluate emerging instructional technologies or methods to ensure InGenius teaching and counseling programs are technically up to date.

• Work with teachers and counselors and help them to integrate news technologies with teaching and counseling.

   

Position Requirements:

Master's degree in education or education policy;

2 years of professional experience working as an Instructional Coordinator or similar capacity in the education industry;

Knowledge of US Higher and Post-Secondary Education Systems
