  Responsabilités

  • S’assurer du bon démarrage de la ligne de production en ce qui a trait au contrôle de la qualité;

  • Effectuer des échantillonnages de produit à une fréquence prédéterminée;

  • Effectuer les tests de conformité du produit;

  • Entrer de données dans le chiffrier Excel;

  • Aviser la personne ressource en cas de non-conformité du produit.

  • Rapporter à son supérieur tout problème relié à la qualité des produits alimentaires

  Qualifications professionnelles

  • Connaissance de base en informatique;

  • Expérience dans un poste similaire un atout.

  Compétences

  • Maîtrise parfaite du français;

  • Flexibilité, autonomie, bon sens de la communication ;

  • Capacité de travailler sous pression.

Requirements

Casual on-call positionMust be available to work the following shifts:- Monday to Thursday from 6:20 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.- Monday to Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.- Friday to Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.- Friday to Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate production-line start-up from a quality control perspective;

• Carry out product sampling in accordance with a pre-established frequency schedule;

• Conduct product compliance testing;

• Record data in Excel spreadsheet;

• Notify resource person in the event of product non-compliance.

• Report food quality related issues to the supervisor

  Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of information technology;

• Experience in a comparable position, an asset.

  Competencies

• Perfect mastery of French;

• Flexibility, self-reliance, good communication skills;

• Ability to work under pressure.
