Description

Robert Half is partnering with a Well-Known Company and sourcing for a Contracts Administrator. This is a temporary, full-time opportunity. This role focuses on managing vendor relationships and performing various administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Certificates of Insurance (COI), tracking updates in SharePoint, and ensuring that all contracts are up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track COI using SharePoint.

• Set up new vendors in the system.

• Ensure all contracts are up-to-date.

• Collaborate with service providers.

• Monitor and respond to vendor inquiries and issues.

• Utilize CRM for vendor management and tracking.

• Adhere to compliance and billing functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.

• Superior customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
