About Us:

Participates in the implementation of the HR policy on one or more major areas of the function.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Recruitment and school relations: drafts and reports the advertisements on line, follows up the applications, organizes the target school partnerships, and various events, manages and monitors the trainees, etc.

  • Training: identifies needs, organizes sessions, monitors assessments, etc.

  • Administrative management of personnel/Payroll: monitors hiring, promotions, departures, participates in specific study tasks, helps set up C&B systems, etc.

  • HR Development: diversity, integration, mobility, career management, HR projects, etc. Implements documentation including but not limited to compliance standards, employee handbooks, and the organization’s code of conduct

  • Labor law: ensures operations meet all workplace regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience
