As a Human Resources Manager at Nexeo,you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating talent planning and engagement initiatives,driving organizational growth,and fostering a culture of excellence.

*Responsibilities *

   Collaborate closely with Site Leadership to devise and execute strategic talent management plans.

   Spearhead initiatives aimed at driving organizational change and enhancing operational efficiency.

   Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership,ensuring alignment of HR strategies with overarching business objectives.

   Uphold compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

   Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HR service delivery,optimizing processes for enhanced efficacy.

   Manage employee relations matters with sensitivity and resolve conflicts proactively.

Qualifications

   Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.

   A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in a sizable organization,preferably within the manufacturing sector.

   Proven track record of success in navigating high-volume environments with frontline workers.

   Demonstrated proficiency in devising and implementing HR talent strategies that drive business results.

   Extensive expertise in technical HR management,including talent acquisition,performance management,and employee development.

Pay

$95K - $120K Per Year

Schedule

Monday Friday | 8:00am 5:00pm
