Assisting project managers and team leads with project specific documentation and prepping jobs
Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, vendor visits, material delivery, meetings, and conference calls for staff and management.
File and Data Management: Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records, both in physical and digital formats.
Office Supplies: Ordering and managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring that necessary materials are available to staff.
Communication: Distributing internal and external communications, including memos, notices, and announcements.
Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Expense Management: Tracking and processing expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
Facilities Management: Overseeing office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
Data Entry: Entering and managing data in spreadsheets, databases, and other software tools.
