We are offering an opportunity for an Operations Specialist to join our team in the Renewable Energy industry, fully remote potential contract to hire opportunity. This role involves a focus on data manipulation and troubleshooting to support our team. Absolutely must be advanced in Microsoft Excel. Only apply if you know VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS, and Macros in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and management tasks, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data inputs

• Analyze and manipulate data using Google Suite, Salesforce, and Excel (VLOOKUPS) to generate reports, identify trends, and inform business decisions

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to data management, software, and hardware systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

• Maintain and update company databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

• Support the team with other operations-related tasks as required

• Utilize skills such as Troubleshoot, VLOOKUP, Data Management, Manipulate Data, and MS Excel to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements • Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues effectively and efficiently.

• Proficient in using VLOOKUP function in MS Excel.

• Demonstrable experience in data management and manipulation.

• Strong skills in manipulating data to generate insightful reports.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and presentation.

• Understanding of renewable energy industry operations and procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with different teams.

• Ability to work independently and also collaborate as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
