Your responsibilities

  • Develop monthly reports to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required

  • Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending

  • Recognize potential risks and opportunities while analyzing performance to date

  • Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, strategic resource allocation and prioritization, and event tracking and execution

  • Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support

  • Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process

  • Support Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting

  • Flexible individuals comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations

  • Ensure business partners handle their resources by tracking monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations

  • Produce and manage forecasting reports

  • Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are properly executed

    Requirements - Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Strong familiarity with Cost Variance

  • Inventory Variance experience preferred

  • Command of budget forecasting

  • Ad Hoc Financial Analysis experience

  • Adeptness in Purchase Price Variance

  • Manufacturing Variance experience

  • Skilled in Spreadsheet and ERP system

  • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  • 1+ years of experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

  • BA/BS degree in finance or a related field

  • Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools experience a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds

  • Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience prioritized)

  • Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
