Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (AGM), Role excellence is about going above and beyond to make sure that the lives of your Team Members and guests are filled with Más! Your role is to support the RGM by assuring our team and our guests have an unbelievable experience every time they're in the restaurant. You will be a working manager responsible for:
Assuring and supporting Shift Leaders run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems while seeking help from others when appropriate.
Provide direction, coaching and guidance to Shift Leaders and Team Members.
Assuring food safety standards and Product quality standards are being met.
Oversee the hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.
Assure compliance with all company standards each shift.
Complete Administrative duties in the restaurant.
Coordinate and deliver the restaurant training plans.
Assist the RGM with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and retaining Team Members.
Assist with coordination of maintenance activity.
Working a 45-50 hour workweek.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or University degree preferred
A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
Proficient in the use of computers and basic Microsoft programs
Basic math and accounting skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Conflict resolution
