What are your contributions to the team?

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.

• Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.

• Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop strategies to realize savings.

• Support Sites and/or Business Units with appropriate sourcing strategies.

• Ensure contracts are maintained in accordance to our business requirements.

• Negotiate price reductions with suppliers, commercial Ts&Cs agreements and maintain relationships with the supplier.

• Develop new sources of supply and establish strategic alliances.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.

• Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have negotiation experience

• You possess a university degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and at least three years of pertinent IT experience;

• You are an expert in executing IT outsourcing contracts;

• You have general understanding of IT environments, projects and operations;

• You possess excellent analytical skills;

• You have strong skills in communication and in developing good client relations;

• You demonstrate leadership and flexibility with strong team spirit;

• You have excellent research skills and analytical skills related to financial, business and technological data;

• You are capable of solving complex strategic problems related to financial, business and technological situations;

• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using SAP

• You are result oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and committed to meeting deadlines

• You role will be mixed of remote and on-site;

• You are fully bilingual (English-French), both spoken and written
