Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field AND Two (2) years of experience in a professional or intercollegiate athletic ticket office with progressively responsible experience in ticket operations OR Three (3) years of experience in a professional or intercollegiate athletic ticket office with progressively responsible experience in ticket operations. Student experience may be considered. One (1) year of experience utilizing the Paciolan ticketing system including digital ticketing. Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proven excellence in interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships at all levels. Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills. Ability to initiate and complete projects within deadlines. A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
