Robert Half Sales Outreach Coordinator in Coeur D'alene, Idaho

Description

We're in search of passionate individuals to join our expanding phone sales team. Our company specializes in real estate investments, offering tailored solutions to clients' needs. As a Sales Outreach Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their objectives, and paving the way for meaningful conversations with our Senior Consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with warm leads through phone calls and text messages, fostering discussions about their real estate aspirations and personal goals.

  • Evaluate leads' expertise and interest in real estate investing to determine suitability for further engagement.

  • Consult with leads to pinpoint their specific needs, obstacles, and available resources.

  • Coordinate appointments between qualified leads and our sales representatives, ensuring a seamless transition into our sales pipeline.

  • Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions using our CRM system.

  • Follow up with leads post-initial contact and meetings to sustain interest and foster continued engagement.

  • Collaborate closely with sales team members to refine outreach strategies and share insights gleaned from potential clients.

  • Fulfill baseline phone requirements to support team objectives.

Salary: $22 - $24 per hour + commissions | Estimated total compensation: $60,000 +/-

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Consistent track record of meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for outbound calls and talk time.

  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.

  • Strong organizational and time management proficiencies.

  • Prior experience in a call center setting is advantageous.
