Trinity Solar is seeking an organized and detailed-oriented individual who has experience in the Construction field. The Construction Assistant will assist with the daily tasks of the residential solar structural department.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager with coordinating site work and creating supporting documentation.
• Provide professional communication and support to customers, vendor partners and internal Trinity departments.
• Update project records within a database.
• Performance of multiple varying tasks, which includes performing many tasks independently but also working closely with the Construction Manager.
• Coordinating projects in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SalesForce.com.

Qualifications and Experience

• Construction industry and office experience is required.
• Roofing and structural knowledge required.
• Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
• Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel is required.
• SalesForce.com experience is preferred.
