Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Casper, WY for a Maintenance Technician. This is a long-term temporary position, Monday- Friday 8-5pm. Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the community buildings, grounds, common areas and storage areas are maintained in excellent physical condition, meeting Company standards. Status: Full-time, Monday- Friday, 8-5pm and is a long-term temporary position

Qualifications:

1. Effective verbal and written communication skills

2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

3. Excellent prioritization and time management skills

4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Physical Demands and Environment:

1. The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to operate leaf blower and power pressure, paint brush.

2. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.

3. The employee is frequently required to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch.

4. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

5. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds.

6. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

7. The employee is frequently required to talk and hear.

8. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

9. The employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including low and high temperatures.

Required Education or Experience:

1. Should possess at least two years of related experience.

2. Maintenance experience in a multi-family residential community is preferred.

Pay for this position is $16-$17hr DOE and is a long term temporary position Monday-Friday, 8-5pm.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
