COMMIS À L’ADMINISTRATION

POSTE ÉTUDIANT (MAI À AOÛT)

TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISEEN COLLABORATION AVEC L’ÉQUIPE DU SERVICE ADMINISTRATIF, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND :

• Participer au suivi et à l’analyse de l’âge des comptes payables;

• Effectuer la vérification et la saisie des factures d’achat;

• Participer à la vérification, l’impression et l’envoi des factures de ventes;

• Participer à la gestion du crédit et du recouvrement des comptes clients;

• Participer au processus de fin de mois;

• Participer à la préparation de différents rapports et analyses;

• Effectuer diverses tâches en support à l’équipe du service administratif.

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?

• Être étudiant au niveau collégial ou universitaire en administration ou dans un domaine en lien avec l’emploi;

• Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau intermédiaire);

• Excellente maîtrise d’Outlook et Excel;

• Posséder de bonnes capacités en communication et faire preuve de tact et de diplomatie;

• Faire preuve d’autonomie et de débrouillardise.
