Universal Health Services ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER in BILLINGS, Montana

ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - RELOCATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE

Horizon Health is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to work on the inpatient psychiatric units (16-bed C/A Psych Unit and 28-bed Adult Psych Unit) in the in the Billings Clinic Hospital, in Billings, MT. This position will work the swing shift and be the leader who connects with the staff working those hours. There may be the possibility of working four 10-hour shifts with some earlier days to attend select meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide managerial support in conjunction with the Nurse Manager and Program Director.

  • Provide supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel in the program.

  • RN, LPN, CNA and MHT

  • Contribute to the program through commitment to nursing goals, ther supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community.

About Billings:

Billings is 1 hour and 48 minutes from Cody, WY (where Yellowstone National Park is located).

Qualifications

  • Requires BSN with previous acute care inpatient psychiatric experience in a hospital and some supervisory experience. EOE
